Floral Clerk Job Description

At Metro, we're seeking a skilled Floral Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our floral department, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating beautiful flower arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements
  • Maintain a clean and organized floral department
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous floral experience and product knowledge is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
