Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at HDL Global Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on products and services
  • Operate cash register and handle customer payments
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • or equivalent experience
  • Willing to relocate for this position
