Metro Inc. is seeking a skilled Floral Clerk to join our team. As a Floral Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a visually appealing floral department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with floral purchases and provide product recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized floral department, including arranging and displaying products
- Process transactions and handle customer payments
- Restock and replenish floral products as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or floral environment is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
