Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with and educating our customers, providing them with a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
    • Provide product recommendations and demonstrations
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
    • Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • Previous sales or customer service experience an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
