Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Canadas Best Value Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work environment is physically demanding and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
