Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Oversee the daily activities of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inspect and Maintain Facilities

Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Recommend and Arrange Services

Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and arrange for these services to be completed.

Assist with Cleaning Duties

Provide support to our housekeeping staff as needed, ensuring that all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules for our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive Tasks

This role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting facilities, for extended periods.

Physically Demanding

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.

Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week.
