GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

We're seeking a motivated and certified Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at GoodLife Fitness.

About the Role:

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will provide high-quality instruction and a safe, enjoyable experience for our members in all Group Fitness classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction and lead Group Fitness classes with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Promote your classes and encourage member engagement in Group Experience programming.
  • Teach a minimum of twice per week and follow our subbing policy.
  • Support Club Management with member concerns and maintain a professional, positive attitude.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with Management and other Associates.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification (you must have a current certification to be considered).
  • CPR-A Certification (you must have current CPR-A to be considered, AED is strongly recommended).
  • Energetic and personable with a healthy, positive outlook.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable.
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Health and Fitness Industry.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Ability to fully understand and embrace our company culture.
  • Demonstrated fit with GoodLife's core values (Care, Trust, Integrity, Peak Attitude, Passion, Happiness, Personal Fitness).
