Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Services Attendant to join our team at Booster Juice. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and workstations to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
    • Ensure that all dishes, glassware, and flatware are washed and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate dishwashers, wash and sanitize dishes, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies, ingredients, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
