About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Macao Imperial Tea. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter and surrounding areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Upsell and promote menu items and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive and stock inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
