Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at QUIZNOS SUB. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present food and beverages to our high standards, ensuring that every item meets our quality and presentation expectations.
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to all food safety and handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe dining environment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we always have the necessary items to meet customer demand.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
