At Uncle Mayn's Convenience Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of sales workers, assigning duties and tasks as needed.
- Ensure that all sales and customer service standards are met, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed and authorizing returns.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
