Retail Store Manager

At Uncle Mayn's Convenience Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign sales workers to duties and manage their workload to meet sales targets.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of 11-15 people. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
