Retail Store Manager

At Uncle Mayn's Convenience Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
