Retail Store Supervisor at Uncle Mayn's Convenience Ltd
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Uncle Mayn's Convenience Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assign sales workers to duties and manage store operations
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
Work Environment:
- Retail business environment
- Willing to relocate for this position
- On-site customer service required
