Production Manager

As a Production Supervisor at CCL Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training to develop the skills of new employees.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs.
  • Review and approve all job proofs or samples to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure that production runs smoothly.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fluency in French as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours per week of work.
