We are seeking a skilled Garden Centre Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire - Mill Woods. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a small team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train employees to maintain a high level of customer service and store appearance.
  • Manage inventory and merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or horticulture setting. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
