About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Garden Centre Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire - Mill Woods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our garden centre, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 1-2 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Exhibit and Display Design: Design and implement visually appealing displays and exhibits that showcase our products and services.
  • Pricing and Sales: Assist with pricing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle cash transactions, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Financial Benefits: Assist with the administration of health and financial benefits, including dental plans, disability benefits, and group insurance benefits.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
