Garden Centre Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Garden Centre Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire - Mill Woods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our garden centre, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people
  • Exhibit and Display Design Experience: Merchandising or window, Visual displays
  • Sales Experience: Cash and carry
  • Specialization/Experience (Business Sales and Services): Pricing
