Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant/Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our senior project leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers in support of Computronix software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with various business clients and technical stakeholders to drive implementation and ensure a quality solution is designed, built, and delivered.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on design, questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and account managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Design and build complex technical solutions to real-life business problems using RDBMS such as Oracle PL/SQL and SQL, Python, C#, JavaScript, and other technologies.
  • Mentor and advise the development team on software solutions and best practices.
  • Communicate estimates and actuals with key internal project leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of success in a client-facing consultant role.
  • 8+ years of software development experience with a strong background in multiple technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to 25%.
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
