About the Role:

As a Senior Software Development Lead at Computronix, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our client projects. With a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions using a variety of technologies, including RDBMS, Python, C#, JavaScript, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software developers in the design and implementation of software solutions
  • Engage with clients and technical stakeholders to drive implementation and ensure quality solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Design and build complex technical solutions to real-life business problems
  • Communicate estimates and actuals with key internal project leaders and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Proven track record of leading a team of software developers
  • Strong technical knowledge of RDBMS, Python, C#, JavaScript, and other technologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Computer Science degree
