About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Project Manager to join our team at Techtiq Software Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading software development projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of software developers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Communication
    • Communicate project plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
    • Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings to ensure project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with project sponsors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Communicate project plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders, and ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in software development project management.
  • Skills
    • Strong project management skills, including Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team of software developers.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
