Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and ensure that they are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that kitchen staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
