Senior Leader, Team Development Regional Support

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leader to join our HR team as a Regional Support Manager. This is a key leadership role that reports to the Vice President of Team Development.

As a Senior Leader, you will be responsible for delivering ongoing consultation, training, and development to Team Members and Leaders on various Human Resource topics. You will also advise HR teams on matters of Team Member Relations and foster a team environment through ongoing communication and promote an open door policy.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in advising HR teams, delivering HR services in multiple provinces across Canada, and managing difficult conversations with empathy and influence. A relevant Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, as well as a CPHR designation, are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ongoing consultation, training, and development to Team Members and Leaders on various Human Resource topics
  • Advise HR teams on matters of Team Member Relations
  • Foster a team environment through ongoing communication and promote an open door policy
  • Manage difficult conversations with empathy and influence
  • Deliver HR services in multiple provinces across Canada

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • CPHR designation (asset)
  • 6+ years' progressive experience in a professional HR role with significant experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations
  • 3+ years' experience in a Senior leadership capacity within HR with direct responsibility for Leading HR teams
  • Experience delivering HR services in multiple provinces across Canada
