Senior Leader, Team Development Regional Support

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leader to join our HR team as a Regional Support Manager. This is a key leadership role that reports to the Vice President of Team Development.

As a Senior Leader, you will be responsible for delivering ongoing consultation, training, and development to Team Members and Leaders on various Human Resource topics. You will also advise HR teams on matters of Team Member Relations and foster a team environment through ongoing communication and promote an open door policy.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in HR strategy development, specifically in Recruitment and Team Member Relations. You will have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, and a CPHR designation is an asset. You will also have 6+ years of progressive experience in a professional HR role with significant experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations.

We are looking for someone who can manage difficult conversations with empathy and influence towards reaching common and practical goals. You will also have solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to deliver HR services in multiple provinces across Canada.
