Senior Leader, Team Development Regional Support

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leader to join our HR team as a Regional Support Manager. This role will report to the Vice President of Team Development and be based in our Home Office in Winnipeg.

The ideal candidate will have a practical and flexible approach to HR, with a focus on Recruitment and Team Member Relations. They will be responsible for delivering ongoing consultation, training, and development to Team Members and Leaders on various Human Resource topics.

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in advising HR teams on matters of Team Member Relations, successfully fostering a team environment through ongoing communication, and promoting an open door policy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering HR services in multiple provinces across Canada
  • Managing difficult conversations with empathy and influence towards reaching common and practical goals
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bilingual (French/English) an asset
