Job Title: Community Services Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Services Coordinator to join our team at The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory. As a Community Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support services to individuals and families in need, working closely with community partners to develop and implement programs that promote social well-being and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare reports and case histories to track client progress and program effectiveness
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized service plans
- Develop and implement programs to promote social well-being and community development
- Provide crisis intervention and support services to clients
- Collaborate with community partners to develop and implement programs that promote social well-being and community development

Requirements:

- College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a community services setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
