About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to join our team at WHITE DOLLAR BABY LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring effective promotion of the salon.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
