About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to join our team at Spasation Salon & Spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure efficient and effective salon operations.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience at the salon.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
    • Manage salon inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced salon environment.

    • 40 hours per week.
