About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to join our team at Spasation Salon & Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure a smooth and efficient salon operation.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in our salon.
  • Business Development
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and implement strategies to achieve them.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
