We are a reputable and well-established beauty salon seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Hairstyling Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum customer satisfaction.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to follow.
    • Manage the salon's budget and inventory to ensure profitability.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and supervise a team of beauty therapists and hairstylists.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their experience.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a beauty salon or related industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
