Clinical Operations Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Project Manager to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating projects related to the preparation and movement of specialized clinical program areas.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage projects to achieve optimal outcomes and benefits
- Work with clinical and facilities planning teams to develop transition, integration, and implementation strategies
- Provide coordination and project management within a change management and clinical service context
- Lead, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate new or redesigned clinical services/programs
- Establish project charters, plans, and objectives to outline operational improvement timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate consensus with stakeholders and manage project resources, including preparing and monitoring project budgets and expenditures
- Develop and recommend tools and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and evaluate the progress and outcomes of clinical initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health Science, or other relevant clinical discipline
- Seven years' recent related clinical experience in a healthcare environment, including five years' experience in managing and leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives/projects
- Two years' experience in a supervisory role in a large complex organization
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes
- Demonstrates leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring, and Courageous
- Working knowledge of change and project management principles, methods, and tools
- Ability to motivate and persuade leaders, physicians, and staff to embrace and take action on change management initiatives
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, including statistical analysis and evaluation methodology
- Ability to develop and nurture an environment where quality improvement principles are embraced and utilized on a continuous basis
