Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and manage front desk operations effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
