Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient daily operations.
  • Recruit, hire, and train high-performing team members.
  • Schedule and supervise staff to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with MS Word and Excel, as well as other relevant software applications.
  • An understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
