Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor to join our team at North America Construction Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide guidance and support to project teams on health, safety, and environmental matters
* Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate hazards
* Maintain accurate records of health, safety, and environmental incidents and near-misses
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance health, safety, and environmental awareness
* Collaborate with supervisors and staff to identify and address health, safety, and environmental concerns

**Requirements:**

* Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
* Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
