About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Associate to join our team at CIBC. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide them with tailored financial solutions and advice.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as cross-selling and upselling existing clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and grow the client base.
  • Technology and Innovation
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest financial technologies and innovations, and identify opportunities to leverage them to improve client experiences.
    • Develop and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a banking or wealth management environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
