Financial Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Advisory Team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and identify opportunities to contact clients.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing account transactions, requests, and documentation.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to provide proactive client service, collaborating with internal and external partners as needed.
- Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in welcoming and onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for advisors with clients and prospects.
- Stay up-to-date on internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy in client files and documentation.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and proficiency in time management and organization.
- Demonstrated ability to provide world-class client service, with a professional, warm, and friendly demeanor.
