At Meech Holdings Ltd., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Associate to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrative professional to provide high-level support to our senior management team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required; order office supplies and maintain inventory; set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Clerical Duties: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; perform data entry; and provide customer service.
  • Specialized Skills: Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software, accounting software, and Microsoft Office.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Location: On-site work is required; no remote work option available.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health and dental insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
