About the Role

Scotiabank is seeking highly motivated individuals to participate in the UpLIFTED Women in Finance Development Program, a selective program designed for female-identifying students with an interest in finance.

Program Overview

This 4-month development program provides participants with exposure, insights, and opportunities to learn about finance from experienced professionals. The program includes:

  • Career Pathways Workshops
  • Leadership Speaker Series
  • Networking and Interview Workshops
  • Technical Skills Workshops

Participants will also have regular 1-1 sessions with their mentors and Scotiabank career advisors.

Eligibility

To be eligible, candidates must:

  • Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in any discipline
  • Be a current first- or second-year student
  • Self-identify as a woman
  • Have a passion or interest in learning about capital markets and finance
  • Have a track record of success in academics and extracurricular achievements
  • Be able to attend mentor meetings and program workshops for the duration of the program
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
