Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding, attention to detail.
- Client Focus: Excellent customer service skills, ability to handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work effectively with staff and management.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
