Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
