Job Summary

We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing new markets and customers for Niedner's innovative products. This includes the industrial and oil and gas sectors as well as municipal and provincial forestry firefighting across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement business development strategies to support company growth;
  • Develop action plans aligned with corporate objectives;
  • Create new markets for existing and future products;
  • Master product and application knowledge to present to customers;
  • Analyze customer needs and develop technical solutions;
  • Provide superior service to customers and distributors;
  • Assist distribution network to increase year-over-year sales;
  • Represent the company in promotional activities, including trade shows;
Requirements
  • Relevant academic background; administration, marketing, sales;
  • 3-10 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Previous experience with distribution sales, including fire hose and/or oil and gas considered an asset;
  • Available to travel within and outside Canada;
  • Results-oriented team player;
  • Leadership skills & good communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative;
  • Ability to organize work and manage priorities;
