Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Embrun Auto Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
