Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Embrun Auto Tech. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and perform data entry.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
