Job Description

Caringpeople healthcare Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project initiatives, revising programs, and overseeing daily operations. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating staff, as well as managing contracts and developing communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project initiatives and revise programs to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including managing staff and contracts.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote company initiatives.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous people.
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in business development and management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
