Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Audience Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Audience Development team, you'll be responsible for strategic planning and execution to acquire, engage, and retain audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and activate audience acquisition, engagement, and retention plans
  • Manage magazine strategy and execution to deliver print and digital circulation goals
  • Manage brand Audience Development budget and forecasting
  • Conduct thorough research and develop customized and targeted audience lists for all products
  • Plan and execute campaigns designed to achieve audience goals
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to track deliverables and timelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Analytics, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years' experience in audience acquisition, development, or data growth roles with print and digital media experience
  • Familiarity with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and compliance standards for email marketing and communications
  • Experience with segmenting data in marketing automation tools
  • Significant knowledge of email marketing system ESP - Marketo a plus
