Pharmacy Operations Manager

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy in Brandon, MB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy operations
  • Collaborate with the Front Store team to identify patient care opportunities

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Pharmacy
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
