Pharmacy Manager Position

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Miller's Pharmacy in Brandon, MB.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Oversee the management of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, customer service, and dispensing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with the Front Store team to identify opportunities for patient care improvement.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Pharmacy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-directed and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
