Pharmacy Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy in Brandon, MB.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Oversee the management of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, customer service, and dispensing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain effective communication with staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, staff engagement, and business performance.
- Manage the internal recruitment and selection process, and provide training and support to pharmacy team members.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Pharmacy.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in pharmacy operations and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Front Store team to identify patient care opportunities.
