Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy in Brandon, MB. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team, including staff pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the pharmacy's inventory, ordering, and dispensing processes.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve pharmacy operations, including workflow, staffing, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
  • Perform patient-focused services, including counseling and education.
  • Manage the pharmacy's budget, including labor, inventory, and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Manitoba College of Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or hospital setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
