Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that theatre policies and procedures are maintained, and that excellent customer service relations are promoted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of guest services staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
  • Provide support in the delivery of cash management, clerical/administrative tasks, and technical duties.
  • Monitor, train, and provide guidance to Customer Service Attendants, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for problem resolution with patrons, tenants, maintenance staff, and building security.

Requirements

  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a cultural setting.
  • Current Standard First Aid, CPR, and/or AED certificates
  • AODA Customer Service/IASR Training
  • Demonstrated expertise with computers and corporate software applications
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a multi-task environment
  • Effective decision-making and judgment skills
  • Leadership abilities and ability to manage complex demands simultaneously
